You never ask or think why do they quit. Maybe it's the reputation full teams have in BTB. Holding the objective and spawn camping isn't fun for the other team and is very unsporting and because of teams that do this the full teams in BTB have a reputation for doing so whether they do or not. Hence people quit because they don't want to be subject to that.
Whether you do or do not objective hold/spawn kill isn't what I'm saying. What I'm saying is that teams now have a stigma attached to them. That is that they all spawn camp/objective hold because some teams that do.
I find it kind of amusing and ironic that you a member of a full team are complaining about people quitting. I remember back in Halo 3 when the subject of objective holding/spawn camping was brought up. The advice teams like yours gave to the randoms was "If you don't like it, quit.".
So here we are in Halo Reach and teams like you and others are complaining about your opposition quitting? Why are you complaining, after all it's the advice teams like yours gave time and time again to people subject to objective holding and spawn camping.
Maybe if you don't want people quitting every game and spoiling your idea of fun, then maybe you should decide here and now to mature, grow up, be more sporting and change that stigma that comes with being part of a BTB full team.
