Halo: Reach is the beginning of a new age for gaming.
It proves that developers can get away with punishing their players instead of fixing their game....and yet the fanboys will still sing praises to them.
-blam!- all of you fanboys!
How about NO!
Because that guy is trying to polish a turd.
THERE SHOULD BE NO VOTING PROCESS FOR WHAT I WANT TO PLAY!
I should not have to vote to spend my time the way I want to spend it.
GOT IT!
GOOD!
Server Browsers with Filters. And if no servers are running what YOU want to play.. TOO -blam!- BAD! Host a room yourself and hope people join it...done.
If Anarchy woks anywhere. It's in this fantasy world we call video gaming. Keep your -blam!-hole Govt. inspired game mechanics out of it.
I am not just another brick in the wall who's willing to play "THIS" day in and day out, because that's what the "Majority" wants. I AM NOT PART OF THE MAJORITY!
And if you are part of the Majority and love having other people tell YOU what you should be playing.. You're a -blam!- loser.
You realize that Very few games actually make people have to fight against a vote to play exactly what they want to play.
Most the time...except for Halo and CoD (Cod you only fight the vote for the map, not the gametype) most games allow me to jump into the EXACT MAP/GAMETYPE of my choosing. No voting, no waiting for lobbies to fill up.. Instant -blam!- action. And when I get into that game I play to win, and play competitively, I don't give a -blam!- who's coming or going, cause I'm killing people and having fun, and going for the objectives.
The problem is with dip-blam!-s, preferring a system where you have to wait for a lobby to fill up, just to fight a vote, just to have people quit, play an uneven game, and then start the process all over again.. Sorry, but -blam!- you and -blam!- your attempts to polish this turd called matchmaking.
I mean really, you really think adding up to 5 options to vote for is going to make a damn bit of difference? NO!
Be sure to pass this along to waypoint along with that article. Because it's the -blam!- truth.
NO VOTING!
