We know they have at least males and females, so they're not too diffrent from us. From their outward apearance we can take cues from surian, and avian species.
So they probably keep their "junk" on the inside, unlike us who let it always hang out.
Without a proper side-by-side comparison we have no idea what kind of dimorphism there is. But many species of birds(and there's evidence dinos had the same thing) have very flashy, agressive males and larger more subdued females. This makes the most sense for elites, who wear bright armor, and make a show of themselves, their physicality, and martial prowess.
They probaly prance like roosters, fight duels for breeding rights, and do it like we do for the most part.
Again without seeing a female, we can't know for sure. They could be monotremes, or ovoviviparous for all we know.
