Yeah, Hitboxing = fail. For example, a certan user from the maw who has never played Halo 2 Xbox online links to this halo 2 bash video (its much less exreme in acutial gameplay) which shows hitboxing, but it also exists in halo 3, which also has unbalanced weps and n00b armor (recon).

Forge reminds me of the health system here in Ireland, public health care is free and slightly below european standard, private is near the best in europe.
The HEK(halo editing kit, for CE) was avaiable back in 2005, forge in 2010. And even in that 5 year diffrence HEK wins by far, really it does. And now with more and more games being released on consoles, the power of the comunity is somewhat diminished... You can never expect a console's map editing kit to actually compete with any PC game's map creation tool. For it being on a console, it's tremendous. Very easy to use, might I add.
They could release a program for the PC so that we could build maps on the PC, for the console game :/
I like Reach, but I don't love it like I did the other Halos. If you're talking about 343 or Bungie, no, they couldn't. If you're talking about Microsoft, they could but never would. The consoles have caused modding/custom content to have a bad name among the majority of kids in the online gaming world. If you say "Modder" most of the gamers today would immediately think of hackers when not that long ago someone would think of someone who takes a game to greater extents than the developer had originally even hoped for. Something that is sadly starting to slowly fade into the void.
One fine example of true modding is this.
No. Bungie could. Well, considering it's in 343's hands now, 343 could. It has no more to do with Microsoft than making Forge 3.0. I'm not asking Microsoft to open the 360 to modding, I'm asking for 343 to allow the next Halo to search for custom map files on external memory devices. And provide a PC program so we can build maps in the Halo map format.
Something similar to iTunes, but with Halo maps. I'd love that.
