--7-- I've been a Bungie member since 2004. --7--

I know Bungie has stated that it will not be at this years E3. But if you look at the writing on the wall, something is up, and here's why I think Bungie OR Activision will in fact be announcing a new title at E3.

Bungie employees have been visiting Los Angeles within the last two weeks, a time in which publishers have been giving news outlets and investors a preview of their lineup and showcase for E3 which is on June 7th.

So, if you've been following b.net here's what urk has said.. "While I'm not going to get into the details of my super secret Los Angeles excursion...". So we can place Bungie in Los Angeles during this preview for E3. Now, what about the actual week of E3?

Here's the nail in the coffin...Bungie employees will in fact be in LA during E3...This goes against what Bungie has said. I know this because on the Giant Bomb podcast Michael Pachter, a well known analyst said quote "We did a bonus round (on gttv), I brought up the idea of Bungie announcing something, and someone said 'well Bungie announced theyre not coming to E3', well then I said they're coming to my freakin' party.(before E3) " "I think you get a Bungie reveal." "I think Activision shows something from Bungie."

1.)So let's recap, Bungie was in LA during a preview to news outlets
2.)Bungie denies it will be in LA during E3
3.)Bungie will in fact be in LA during E3
4.)Michael Pachter confirms that Bungie employees will be attending a pre e3 party that he hosts every year.

Do the math, now Michael himself said he doesn't know if they're just coming to his party and then leaving shortly before E3 but if you connect the dots, the map points to Bungie trying to covertly announce or show its next title.

When I grow up, I want to be just like goofenhour.

Bungie never said they would not be there. They said they wouldn't be there in offical capacity, meaning that they will be there for unofficial or not-public seen work.

There's a lot of meetings that go on at E3, behind close doors. Not only is a place to announce the next big title, or the next console, it's a place where a bunch of publishers and developers get together with other publishers and developers and talk for the course of the week. People for the most part only it's for announcing games only because that's the only stuff that people see on TV or on YouTube.

Most likely, the Bungie guys there will either be walking around the venues to look at the games, or they are there to probably have some meetings with the Activision guys.
