No, I didn't say that gameplay changes can't be a reason why a game could be bad. That's not the argument at hand, dummy. It's whether or not what he said was a specific reason to hate a game. Saying that the gameplay "changed for the worse" is super broad and shouldn't be used when comparing 2 games of the same genre. "gameplay" essentially diverges into all of the different aspects that help differentiate games (of even the same genre) from each other. If he gave me the actual gameplay changes, such as, for example, the homing rocket launcher in H2,then that would be considered "specific reasoning". Why/in what way(s) does the gameplay differ in H1 vs H2 that makes one dislike it. That's what will be specific.
Noobification of a game is not a good thing. I never said that. I just explained in a 7 page thread how H2 and beyond takes as much skill, and maybe even more skill, than in Halo 1.
PS: If you're going to start ranting about how nooby halo 2 is compared to Halo 1, keep it to yourself, because you've already reposted that response countless times in so many previous threads. Don't infect this one, please.
