^ Idiotic post. You must have major bias/you must get pwnt in Halo2+

Or he recognizes what any person with a working brain does: That the game sucks.

No.

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

Let's review.

Agree with the poster above. lol@ all of you with your silly elitism and sensitivity. The Halo 2 Vista port is terrible because of compatibility issues and GFWL. The Xbox version was mediocre at worst, mainly due to the changes in gameplay for the worst.

This is a good post. He expresses his viewpoint, then backs it with specific reasons. Three of them to be precise, the latter of which could be emphasized on.

This was your response. You attack his post with an insult rather than any semblance of intelligence, and continue with irrationality, addressing none of the points Tempus made, instead attempting to substitute justifications.

Let's try this again. Respond to his post in a logical manner, rather than one that screams ignorance and stupidity like your previous response. Address his points head-on. He stated that GfWL is a problem. Explain how it isn't. He cited compatibility issues. Explain how that's not a problem either. He cited that the gameplay was changed for worse. Provide a rational explanation how he's wrong.

Halo 3

sigh.

Are the things you disagree on in my post the only things you can see and maybe read fully?

I said I agree to the fact that H2V is a bad port. I DISAGREED with his opinion when he said Halo 2 and on sucks. Why does he say it sucks? Well according to his "reasoning", it sucked "mainly due to the changes in gameplay. . . "

You call that specific reasoning?
Get outta here.

To me, that just yells out that he sucks at it (I say this because people tend to dislike games they do not play well in). But at the same time, I guess I was a bit too shallow there because after all, gaming preference is an opinion. The reasons behind the opinion, however, can be debated.

So you're saying that gameplay changes can't possibly be a reason why a game could be bad?

Which is why you prefer games that allow you to pretend to be good over games that actually take skill to yield a victory. Now you're gettin' it. :)

One could easily cite the changes in gameplay that made it worse, but of course, there will always be people who will say those reasons are false and yet are unable to give a single reason as to why.

But I digress. Stop copping out. Explain how noobification of a game is a good thing. I know it's good for people that suck at FPS, like you, but explain how it's a good thing for the rest of us.

Halo 3

No, I didn't say that gameplay changes can't be a reason why a game could be bad. That's not the argument at hand, dummy. It's whether or not what he said was a specific reason to hate a game. Saying that the gameplay "changed for the worse" is super broad and shouldn't be used when comparing 2 games of the same genre. "gameplay" essentially diverges into all of the different aspects that help differentiate games (of even the same genre) from each other. If he gave me the actual gameplay changes, such as, for example, the homing rocket launcher in H2,then that would be considered "specific reasoning". Why/in what way(s) does the gameplay differ in H1 vs H2 that makes one dislike it. That's what will be specific.

Noobification of a game is not a good thing. I never said that. I just explained in a 7 page thread how H2 and beyond takes as much skill, and maybe even more skill, than in Halo 1.

PS: If you're going to start ranting about how nooby halo 2 is compared to Halo 1, keep it to yourself, because you've already reposted that response countless times in so many previous threads. Don't infect this one, please.

Ty.
