Not really.

What I am trying to say is, I don't spend all my money onto Xbox materials. That is why I look down on money consuming music players on Xbox, overpriced DLC, and Avatar items.

Now, Halo 3's DLC is not expensive. Highest it has gone, is 800 mp. I can understand that.

But must Bungie make all playlists except 4, ALL DLC REQUIRED?

It is frustrating, playing Team Slayer over and over and over and over and over and over again.

I love Halo 3. It was great. I don't play Reach anymore, just Halo 3. Thing is, I don't have the DLC. I bought it in late 2009, I think. I never got to experience half the playlists.

So. I'm just requesting. Make playlists like BTB and... maybe Team Snipers into not all DLC required.

Thank you.

Unfortunately, the reality of the situation is that the majority of the Halo 3 population, thanks to ODST including all DLC content, have all the required maps. Therefore these people want to be able to play it.

Now you'll notice in Halo: Reach people complain that they never get to play the DLC content they paid for. This happens every time. When maps aren't required, Bungie is blamed by those who purchased the DLC because people feel cheated. When they are required, Bungie is blamed by those who didn't purchase the DLC because people feel cheated. They can't win.

It just so happens that with ODST... it made sense to go this way because most people have the maps.

I guess so. Win some lose some.

I would buy the DLC if it weren't for the fact that nobody really plays it. Everybody's at CoD and the newer games.
I ask myself, Should I buy DLC for an outdated game?

No.

A lot of people only bought ODST for the Reach beta.

You can easily find it for the price of one map pack.

And some people simply prefer Halo 3 to Reach.

I really don't look at Reach as a sequel. It's a much different game.

Sort of like MW2 and Black Ops co-exist. The two games have considerably different mechanics.

Plus you're supporting the industry. DLC is how they make money now.

BUY THEM. They're worth it.

They're naming Monsoons after me in India, because I make it RaiNNNN

Microsoft/Bungie made a killing on those map packs. Then by putting them all in their new game (ODST) that people basically re-purchased. So they sold tons of map packs twice basically.

Yeah. I got eventually sick of bloom and armor lock, so I sold Reach, and tried to refine my skills. However, buying all three DLC costs...

160+240+800= 1200=....$15 maybe?
