Since this Super MAC fires a 3,000 ton heavy slug in 40% of light speed generates massive amount of relativistic kinetic energy is 51.6 gigaton of TNT! That could destroy most of UNSC/Covenant ships, even it can drop a largest capital covenant ship in a shot, and still possess enough energy to destroy other ships.
After that explanation, let me answer your 3 questions.
1)No. In theory, if this slug were to be absorbed by shields and armor, it'll still be vaporized. (Due to laws of thermodynamics)
2.)No, I don't think that Flash is fast enough to dodge 40% of lightspeed hurling slug at him. Not mention that if it fired to the ground, you can say good bye to that ground because that energy is similar to nuclear strength blasts, besides being massively powerful.
3.)Possibly, since Starkiller showed that it is possible to stop a star destroyer only using force. However, I don't know how much a jedi can generate the force to stop the 40% lightspeed of hurling 3000ton slug, generated 51.6 gigatons of TNT.
Frankly, I can agree that any starship's weapons such as turbolasers or ion cannon can overwhelm a jedi...
About question 3, I'm not sure. I'll have to research more about that.

What I'd like to know, is if a mac round was shot into the ground , how deep would the hole it created be? [/quote]
Answer to your question...
If you're preferring to 64 kiloton of TNT generated by standard MAC (Frigate), my guess that it would cause from 350 to 550 feet deep of crater and size of diameters would be similar as well.
Also if you're referring to 51.6 gigaton of TNT generated by Super MAC... well. It'd cause massive crater, destroy entire environment in blast radius, sending massive shock-wave in blast radius.
Starkiller was a unique Jedi, of course, but I doubt he'd be able to stop a freight train, as it were, moving that fast. Especially since moving as fast as it does, Einstein kicks in and time itself is out of wack. Effectively, the MAC slug's perception of time is significantly slowed down, giving it the impression its actually traveling even faster to those not within its time bubble.
Like how a Spartan's reflexes are so fast everyone and everything around them looks like they're moving in slow motion.
So the SMAC slug might actually obliterate Flash and the Jedi before they could react. Jedi can sense future events, but when what the future holds is 40% faster then when you think its coming due to relativistic effects, the Jedi might very well be wiped out before they can react. They've never had to deal with time obscurity before (at least not most of them)
This settles it, Halo beats Star Wars! :DNot even close. When you compare a damn MAC station to a single Jedi, you're out of your mind.
Apparently somebody's sarcasm meter is out of batteries >.>
if a jedi overwhelms an orbital station, like as a wise man said when in doubt use a NOVA bomb
