Yes I'm fairly young. No, that doesn't mean I'm automatically dumber than you or have less life experience, thats just generally the case. I am not your general case.

Kurt, Johnson or Jenkins.

JENKINS, FIRE YOUR WEAPON!

Johnson and Jorge.

when Jorge picked six up and told him to tell em to make it count, a tear dropped from my eye. he just started bein my fav character.

Jorge is one of my favorite chracters throughout the universe. There is something about his character that is different among all the others. And of course Sgt. Avery Johnson because he knows what the ladies like.

Jorge was easily the best character featured in Reach, which may not sound very hard but he was a good character none the less. Noble is was also very well developed for a "Silent" protagonist. And the death...that was amazing. The music in Lone Wolf brings tears to my eyes. Freaking beautiful.

I'm going to go overarching and tap into the tragedy of Humanities plight against the Covenant. While I found that the deaths of some of the better known characters, and even some of the lesser known characters, had varying degrees of effect on me, the fact that so many died, and in so many ways; Some heroic, honorable and noble, some nothing more than a tragic waste of human life...

The Human condition can be a powerful tool when used correctly in the artistic medium, and I enjoy the fact that Halo incorporates this to varying degrees in it's many and varied sources.

We Are The Meta.

Johnson, simply the most emotional because he's been there since the 1st.

Captain Keys, very heartbreaking to think he held out mentally against the Flood, only to be consumed completely by them. Sad that the chief couldn't save him but stop him from being a flood form.

Jenkins, from the novel, who retained his mind in flood body, his only release being death. To cease him infecting others via being experimented on back at ONI/UNSC.

Jorge, because he goes to his death with confidence with saving Reach, only for it to be delayed and more glassing.

Emile, he showed he really cared about the team before he got killed, so awesome even in death, he took down high rank Elites.

Carter, stopped a scarab despite being already injured. He gave 6 the chance to survive and make Reach not fall in vain.

And there's plenty more, just too many to remember.

<(-_-)> Teh mokey is not amused

Probably jacob keyes. his death took place over the course of a whole level. He's alive right until the second you reach him.
Also Noble 6s death, how has no-one said that yet?

Being alone.
You're a mod, you should be used to that.

Don't be stupid like I was! Check to see what that Forum Ninja is saying to you!

My blood turned cold when I saw Johnson get vaporized. His scream is so blood curdling.

I agree.

His death was kind of stupid though, but it was significant because he was with us since Halo CE.

Kat's death was the funniest. I laugh at it every time.
The saddest was the death of Johnson or Fal 'Chavamee.
Jorge and Emile's deaths were sad too.

Kurt or Jorge. Will's death was also pretty good.

  • 06.06.2011 7:42 AM PDT

Johnson. He was one of my favorite characters. He was in every game excluding Halo Wars. He was there at the beginning of the Human-Covenant War, and he saw its end.

A great man, a true hero.

Kurt's death was sad too. He went out like a man: giving the finger to the COVENANT.

He threw down a glove you made the mistake
Of picking it up now you're gone
The choosing of guns or fighting with swords
The choice of weapons is done
He'll tear you apart as soon as you start
You know you don't have a chance.

Sgt. John Forge.
