People think youre in the wrong forum. And for me, I just shoot them or melee them or grenade them or blow them up. When in rooms of sleeping grunts, kill elites and jackals from behind, and kill grunts in their sleep.

Practice with sniper and the pistol...

Or use the plasma rifle and the shotgun... use the plasma rifle to stun and burst their shields, and then finish them with the shotgun.

1-I crouch on the floor then i punch them from behind when they don't see me
2- I use my sniper's abilities to shoot on the head on Elites
3- i use shotgun on Floods

"I pledge to punch all switches, to never shoot where I could use grenades, to admit the existence of no level except Total Carnage, to never use caps lock as my "run" key, and to never, ever, leave a single BoB alive."

Frag the weak, hurdle the dead. Occasional Teabag is a must.

Learn spawn points, guess them with grenades, and time weapon and powerup respawns. You can find a list of times on HBO, (sorry, don't feel like looking up the link) but finding resources on spawn points is a bit harder. My advice would be to get a forum membership to mlgpro.com and search the forums there. Just remember to search before you post, or you'll get flamed like no other.
