How is the FUD on fire with no oxygen?

Space ships usually have oxygen stored in them in case the crew needed to be alive, but I don't know why they would need a living crew. You can do just fine with corpses.

Edit: What are you referring to with "FUD"? Google happens to give results that don't quite fit into the subject we're talking about.

Bone Storm h4x

Maybe the... Shield... World... Thing has oxygen in its atmosphere and FUD is in it?

Burning ruptured oxygen tanks.

Anyway, it would look 100x worse if there was no fire!

I thought nit-picking had to do with little details. Isn't the ship being on fire on of the major events of the teaser?

We will know soon enough, but it will require thought. Deep thought. Mendicant Bias must be found. The Mantle will soon follow.

Yet, sometimes necessary to explain as many aspects of something in a universe this detailed as possible. Much can be learned by close observation.

Forward unto Dawn, which is the ship MC got away from the Ark on at the end of Halo 3.

Because fire is awesome. I set myself on fire sometimes. It prevents ninjas from catching me.

Second Account

There was still some oxygen in the ship.

Sorry, I didn't exactly get it. That abbrevation isn't very common. People usually just write Forward Unto Dawn and they should continue like it. The abbrevation leads to very weird misconceptions.

I would not say so. I would say the fact that the Dawn is being intercepted by a massive alien structure is, or that the Master Chief is out of stasis once again.

Rather than speculating on the former, every thread has been about armour, thruster packs, fires and whatever gun the Master Chief used to blow that bulkead with. What trivial nonsense! And since when do people ever take the smaller details in an announcement trailer this seriously?

The fires on the ship are not breaches in canon, they are scientific errors that don't make sense. This is nothing new to Halo, there are a few of them. The SMAC ODPs not having a massive backwards thrust when they fire is one. It is being blown out of proportion because it is another developer.

In this case it does not lead anywhere. Nothing being picked apart here is going to have any serious impact on the story as a whole, unlike Reach's disappearing SMACs or something which are nit-picked. (By me I will add)
