What!? And what does this have to do with any of this. i'm looking for a motherboard that can support a Geforce FX-6800GT CUp and here you are talking about static electricity.

The 6800 will work in any motherboard with a 4x or 8x AGP port. I'd advise getting a new power supply of no less than 430 watts from a company like Antec or Enermax. You should also look into purchasing a 3ghz+ Intel CPU or AMD equivalent or else the CPU will be a performance bottleneck for the 6800GT.
