Jesus, Keen, that was unnecessary. How about posting something that's worth reading?
Stingray, Halo Custom Edition is indeed a free download for those of us who own a valid copy of Halo PC. You can find a mirror list in the first link in my sig. It is a standalone version of Halo PC mutliplayer and features updated shaders (for better framerates), F3 buddies (very useful, shows names above your allies), and F2 message of the day (shows info on gametype and any other info server admin wants to add, like TS or Vent IP address). But most all CE is useful for playing custom maps. There are already over 200 new maps in circulation. You can check out the second link in my sig for a list of sites that carry custom maps. You can also read about how to install them at that same link.
Hope you download and stick with Halo Custom Edition. You should tell your friends and spread the word, as this version of Halo is the only one that stands to be updated in the future, despite it being called "unsupported" by the MotD in the Halo PC game lobby. Gearbox has promised a patch if we have 1000 players online regularly. If that number increases further, we get more patches, etc, etc. The original Halo PC is dead in the water as far as patches go, just FYI.
