Ok, so all the release information say, basically, that it will be halo CE physics engine overlapped by reach's graphics engine. so far we have seen that the assault rifle looks to be the same as the halo reachs, only with a ammo (and probably damage) to be like the original AR.


Anyways. so how will scorpions tanks be handled? i mean halo reach has their model to include a secondary gunner seat and no [usable] coaxial machinegun, yet halo ce scorpions did not have a gunner seat and did have the coaxial machine gun.


was the coaxial machine gun render on the scorpion model actually a hint that a halo ce remake was gonna come out? and what is gonna happen to the gunner seat? and the halo CEA multiplayer, how is the tank gonna be handled.

They're probably gonna make a new scorpion model for the game. Halo CEA multiplayer is reach multiplayer so it will have reach scorpion.

/sadface. i miss good ol' halo multiplayer.

although if halo cea is released for computer, it would be a awesome graphical overhaul for the computer halo games.

They didn't include Halo CE multiplayer because too many things would be affected by networking and everyone would use the pistol.

Also, they didn't want Reach to die yet.

Single player assets still function exactly the same and will be reskinned from their old models to look updated from their old models. The Scorpion tank in CEA will look like a graphically improved version of the one from the original Halo CE, not the one from Reach.

That's why the updated Chief closely resembles his old model rather than using the Mk V model graphics from Reach.

No. Most likely the Scorpion in Halo: CEA will be the exact same tank as it was 10 years ago. They specifically said that they didn't even touch the gameplay mechanics to the game so I'm assuming they kept the tank exactly the same except for a major overhaul in the graphics model. Don't worry about it. It will turn out fine. It's remastered, not a remake. There's a big difference.

well 1. the CE engine doesn't allow for more than one cannon on a vehicle. so unless u were to use scripting you won't be able to. 2. halo CEA's AR is halo reach's AR with the halo 1 ammo clip. that is all
