Saying that all races in a different franchise are infected by the bacteria is like saying every race in star wars is infected with tyranid spores.

yes they have hightened senses, but the force wont give them a warning sense against the covenant. Thats all i'm saying.

Explain yourself, what will they not detect? Plasma? Elites?
A more correct analogy would be saying all other races had a warp presence.

The force could be used indirectly against the haloverse but not directly if you know what I mean.

The Yuuzhan Vong weren't Force sensitive, but the Jedi still kicked their asses. Same with the Covenant, Forerunners, and humans.

I guess you don't know much about the forerunners.
QuickFact.
Forerunners have the abillity to repair their vessels quickly by rebuilding walls of hard light.
Two thirds of the planet-breaker were hard-light.
Edit: Also the planet-breaker as built in a matter of minutes.

The forerunners would just use the halo rings on SW and ME :)

They don't have to use the Halo Rings, and the Array would be not very effective against the SW galaxy due to the mass use of droids. Though it would help against the organic forces of SW, and seeing as how both canons take place in different galaxies...

Onyx sentinels crap all over the droids of SW.

With ME, two Fortress-class warships have ended all the races. Three/four Fortress-class warships with escorts have ended the Reapers.

Why so many? There's no kill like overkill.

Right, forgot about that. Even worse of a result for SW.

What are the tech specs of those ships?

Not "Blows up planets." numbers. What can they do exactly, what are their weaknesses? How much damage can they take?

These things are kinda needed for any decent vs debate.

Edit: I can't be the only person who notices this blatent irony. "Star Wars is excluded, their numbers are bull-blam!- and overdone!" etc. Then those same people turn around and go "Oh this forerunner ship can easily destroy entire fleets of enemy ships (Star Wars, ME, galactica, whatever) even though we have jack squat numbers or information about what they are really armed with, what their defensive capabilities are, etc."

old versions were 32 miles long new versions are 62 miles long.

each ship housing thousands of support vessels,War sphinxes/seekers,etc.

we was correct with his numbers, though i think 2 ships would be enough for mass effect.

combined with crazy barriers, light weaponry, and thousands of everything.

seriously 1 would be enough for mass effect

* in all honesty the support and fighter forerunner craft are still to much for mass effect.

I just want the battle to be over as fast as possible, no need to prolong the ME races suffering.

What is the RoF of Fortress class vessels, Forerunner cruisers, and the Forerunner spacefighters?

If you are saying I am trying to exclude SW, I'm not. And ME and Galactica have been trashed already. The second the words Forerunner had left my mouth, anyone who has a basic grasp of mathematics and has read Cryptum has already calculated that Forerunner cruiser cannons are so many OOM higher than BSG and ME.

"Bacon-There is no cure."

You guys all so confused!

In Halo 4 Master Chief lands on Coruscant to learn the Force. Then he changes his title to Master Jedi, travels backwards in time to kill Captain Shepard. Which leads him to use the Reapers to travel to the future where he creates Halo to finally destroy the flood... I.E. Master Chief's Great Journey

You heard it here first so don't -blam!- your pants when Halo 6 ends and proves this to be true.

Taylor Gang! 420

I could agree with this even though there are many "probably's"
this is because the Precursors wouldn't need the flood at all in the first place. The Precursors were tier 0 and the tech in star wars is tier 2 at most as they have no AI with full sentience, they did not create any artifitial life or planets(Death star is not a planet)

Not to mention the precursors also outnumber the Galactic empire but that's obvious enough lol

The Precursors are so darn sketch, wait until we get a bit more knowledge on them.

The Forerunners outnumber the GE. If TRANSUNIVERSAL travel isn't enough of a game-breaker for vs GE... along with actually DESTROYING STARS (I refer to the GE's main class of ship here, which has been proven to be a misnomer)... and BUILDING STARS... AND PLANETS... AND JUGGLING THEM THROUGH SLIPSPACE... then I give up.

I believe ROBERT jh calculated the firepower of Forerunner's weapons.

Here's his quote from page 7 or 8:

ROBERTO jh

Now we get technical. This is also where you're wrong. Using a very handy yield calculator, we had calculated the strength of the PoA's detonation on Halo 04. It was set somewhere between several hundred terratons (almost just beneath 1 peta) and 10 petatons, depending entirely on whether or not Cryptum retconned the Ring's size (from 10,000- to 30,000 km in diameter).

This is based off of the proportional width of the Ring. As seen in Halo 2's flashback, the explosion was 5 times the Ring's width.

This, however, made only a 5 kilometer crater in the Ring's adamantium armor, as per "The Flood" book. so about 900 terratons to 10 petatons depending on what the size was, only made a 5 kilometer dent in the Forerunner armor. And this didn't even destroy the Ring. What did was the Ring's own centrifuges turning on its self from getting knocked around and being partially damaged on one side.

In Cryptum, two Rings, these ones 30,000 kilometers in diameter, were destroyed by Forerunners hard light beams, cutting vast canyons into the adamantium surface, blowing mountains off the Ring and all. The Ring's were destroyed by pure brute force here, (the first one was anyway, the second went in the same manner as Halo 04).

And the ring was protected by waves of hard light and even that didn't stopped the weapons.

Autumns yield is absolute low end for the FR navy weapons,i hope the next FR book gives more details.
