I wanted to start a topic about Halo players in highschool or middle. I'm called lellowranger but I definently hate Power Rangers. I know it's probably not groundbreaking but who cares? Well anyway I'm interested in people who to RMS in the happy little state of Virginia. more specifically Fairfax. I'm a newby here but that doesn't mean I love Bungie.net. Infact I have a a cool website you could check out called www.robinsonunleashed.tk. It has message boards too where you can talk about bungie or not. It also has chatrooms and stuff. It's cool check it out. Oh and don't call me ranger or any -blam!- crap like that,

I have another question, is it possible to take this forum and put it in the flood or is this strictly against sacred Bungie rules?

Hey 1 thing you should know!
There is a button on the bottom of you post called edit post. click that next time becuase you just bumped!
Bumping is when you reply to yourself. it takes up space and the mods do not like it! they lock threads becuase of it.

Taken from This post tells you everything on chapters!
Chapters are fanclubs that are hosted by Bungie.net and have some cool features provided. Each chapter has its own forum, news page, databases and an event calendar. Chapters are made by Founders (at the moment chapter founding is disabled), and can accumalate members (who may join via the 'join now' function). Chapters can be for any purposes, you can have a dedicated gaming or clan chapter, fun chapter, a group of friends and so on. It is up to the founder how the chapter develops, and founders may appoint staff members to help with their load. The many functions of chapters can be found on the Seventh Column page, or the Chapter Founders site.

There are no chatrooms on bungie.

[edit]*** Ahhh... Recon Number 54 got to it first!

Thanks a lot. This is much appreciated. I never knew it was this complicated. And now for my final question of the night. Is it possible to join or make a chapter?

Thanks for the info and sorry. I promise it shall never ever under any sircumstances happen again.

Yes it is possible but the chapter creation is diabled right now!
Reason being becuase there to many of dead inactive ones. bungie is fixing the problem and the seventh column will get a big update soon called the " New Hotness". When that comes chapter creation will be back open. It will come soon!

[edit]*** Ahh you got to it again! lol!

Ok ok thanks both you guys. It's as if people are just waiting to answer new members' questions. Which is great because I have another question. When you go to the forum listings, what does it mean when there is a green plus sign or some other symbol covering a small picture next to the name of the forum?

Another question within a seemingly never ending chain. When you get on the forum listings, what are the little pics with green plus signs or other symbols over them mean?

  • 08.30.2004 9:10 PM PDT

means it not locked! you can add+ post there!
if it is crossed out then it is locked! you cant reply!

Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!

The green plus symbol is an open topic, the red symbol means its locked (Cant post in it) and the orange exclamation mark means the topic is stickied, or will stay at the top of the forum. The more important topics are stickied

When you go to the forum listings, what does it mean when there is a green plus sign or some other symbol covering a small picture next to the name of the forum?

Well, the ones with the plus sign mean that they are open topics, and that anyone can reply to them.

The ones with the eclamation point mean that they are stickied, and will stick to the top of the list so as to get people's attention, or if it's a good thread and there is potential for lots of replies.

The ones with the crossed circle mean that they are locked; no one can respond to them. They were bad topics, or missplaced topics, usually.

Then you have the locked stickies, they are simply rules put up that people should read before they take part in whichever forum they happen to be in.

Blast, you all beat me.
