"Halo, it's divine wind will rush through the stars, propelling all who are worthy along the path of salvation!"

I guess it's finished. I'll miss you Arby. Halo's best character...

who knows, maybe there will be more Arbiters to come. An Arbiter is basically someone sent on a suicidal mission xD

Yeah, but I was talking about Thel 'Vadam. Sent on a suicide mission, too bad ass, doesn't die. Love him.

NOT INTO THE LONG GRASS!

No. Screw Arbiter. I want Halo 4 to be a science fiction story, not another -blam!-ing religious debate.

He coulda been a main character in halo 3, instead of the chief's buddy, but I guess everyone just wanted 100% chief time. It would have really given depth into the covenant civil war, and I hope 343 will shed some light on it, but also with what happens to the brutes and elites after the covenant dissipated.

Never say you're bored. Never say you're satisfied with the world. Never stop doubting or questioning things. Always wonder. Always think. But always take time to drop your guard, you don't have to be smart all the time.

Imagine a triangle. It's perfect, but a little plain. You take a chisel, and carve a small decorative symbol into it to make it a little more interesting. People like it, but it could use a little more.

So you then take a sledgehammer..

This. The Elites and their story was what made Halo 2 such a great campaign IMO.

"I'm sorry man, I don't even know why I got in on this side... SHOTGUN!!!"

I thought he was going back to his home planet?

Specificaly, I thought he was going back to free his people from the Covenant (it's a total shot in the dark for me at the moment, I haven't watched that cutscene from the end of Halo 3 if forever.)

That would be an awesome campaign, if not, story.

Best. Ship. Ever!

I hope they at least continue his story in a book. It would make a good read.

Sangheili Major: "Brute ships. Staggered line! Shipmaster, they outnumber us, three-to-one!"

Rtas 'Vadum: "Then it is an even fight. All Cruisers, fire at will! Burn their mongrel hides!"

Damn straight.

Too bad he and Rtas couldn't have had more of a part in Halo 3. Thel got pushed to being a sidekick due to the whining and complaining of the Chief's fans, and still no one was happy.

I hope to possibly see both Thel and Rtas have a part in Halo 4.

He better be mentioned, if not involved.

Yeah, it's the main reason I hated the Halo 3 campaign.

Oh 343 Industries would win me over so easily if Rtas played a big part. I'm not getting my hopes up anymore though. Frankie just essentially killed off Rtas and Thel when he said that quite a bit of time has passed between Halo 3 and the Legendary ending during an IGN interview after E3. That to me just sounds like a convenient way to dispose of all the post Halo 3 baggage.

343 has betrayed us Elite fans.
