-It's NOT a JetPack
-Armor Abilities are one of the worst things that came to Halo.
Yeah, because everybody likes being splattered over and over again and to have the only camo in the map taken by some bad teammate, or not be able to reach a certain place because it's too high, or having a shield that heals you up and protects you in case you are getting severely gunned (dropshield not armor lock) or being able to escape an attack by running away.
It worked out fine in Halo 3...
Being splattered over and over again? Then you have to get better. In Halo 3, I got splattered sometimes, but I usually took out vehicles pretty easily. Just give me a pair of stickies or Rockets/Laser. Camo taken by a bad teammate? Okay, then play with your friends. Or wait for it to respawn. If you're a good player, you don't really need camo anyway. Drop Shield is the same as Bubble Shield except with Regen. (The Bubble Shield get you to regenerate your health anyway, just by being away from combat.) Also, I never use JetPack and can get pretty much anywhere on the map. Maybe not as fast, but still. And run away when under attack? Well, then don't run out into combat and take a different approach. Do you realize that everything you just posted explains why Halo: Reach is waaay more n00b friendly now and doesn't take as much skill as it used to like in Halo 3/2. Why do you think a lot of people, including myself, thought that Bungie's "swan song" was catered to the casuals? wtf... some of you take the game way too seriously and don't seem to play for fun at all. AAs were fun
You've clearly missed the point of this forum then.
