I am right 97% of the time, who cares about the other 4%?

What is with all the hate for the Halo CE/A remake!? Last time i visited the forum home for my favorite of the Halo games, we all concluded that a remake on the 360 would be a fantastic GIFT to any and ALL gamers, but i return to see nothing but hate for that which we hoped for the most. So sad how people can complain just about anything.

I agree, why would anyone NOT want a a epic remake of a the best game of its time in HD?Plus the matchmaking as...wait for it...ASSASSINATIONS!Assassinations are epic!

Because Theres no Halo CE multiplayer even though if 343 made it, there would be tons of lag and really mad people. Also I heard some really bad excuses not to get it like the weapons and marines are "non-canon". Totally getting it when it comes out, and you would have to be an idiot not too. This game pretty much shaped a generation and yes, it will be epic.

Never give up, never surrender!

People started complaining when 343i said they decided to not add multiplayer to it. They have good reasoning though.

Since they are using Halo:CEs original netcode, the multiplayer would be incredibly lag stricken, so they decided it was best to leave that out. There's also the fact that if it did have multiplayer, it would lead to a loss in population in Reach.

As for the Marines and the Assault Rifles using the Reach models, 343i explained that for the reveal trailer for Halo:CEA, they were not using the final product yet. So they have plenty of time to sort things out.

I'm not promoting hate. I'm promoting radicalism, lobbying for changes, and doing what I do best: pointing out the faults of a Halo Campaign.

Of course, I have since learned that it's possible to avoid being splattered by a ghost by crouching.

So my attacks on CEA will cease. For now.

I do not see why it is necessary to purposefully troll or hate on Halo CE or Halo CE\A. Like mentioned above it changed the genre of first person shooters, just as Doom and Golden Eye did before it Its not nor will it ever be perfect, incase these people didnt notice this game was made 10 years ago for a system that was barly able to keep up with Sony's 'advanced' gaming system. When you CHANGE this game you make it not what it was before, Halo CE players wanted a graphically enhanced version of what we had at our hands, not a changed version of it. I am personally interested just how far 343 will change/not change this game as it will be an indicator for how they will take Halo 4 and the next Halo games in their new trilogy. As far as multiplayer goes, its all crap anyhow! Who really expects them to create a brand new multiplayer experience without borrowing or mirroring Reach's multiplayer; we all know that it would feel just like playing Reach online except with different maps. The bottom line is we have a remake announced, incoming, and from what we know so far, what the ACTUALL Halo CE players want.

they probably did it due to time constraints, not due to programming difficulty.
