Subject: Will we keep the Blue Flames for are Helmets?

CHRISTIAN FLORES

Bungie is going to have its 20th year with Halo and they are going give out the Blue Flames Helmet and the Bungie nameplates but when all is over on Bungie Day are we still going to keep the Blue Flames for are helmets and the Bungie nameplates?

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I heard that we will.

I think starting on the 23rd and after that it is permanent.

This thread would have appealed to me more if it was written with crayons.

I broke one of the cords for my X11s because I couldn't get past the final American course in Doritos Crash Course.

It seems like people with the i-phone app get to keep it, so I imagine it will probably be the same for others, not 100% sure though, I dont think they've said.

Only after we ban Bricypoo.

Halo hasn't been around for 20 years... it is their 20th year of being a company.

OT: I believe we will keep the flames

Why does it have to be forever? That will be annoying if everyone will be wearing that.

I agree, I don't mind them keeping the name plates up but having everyone keep the blue flames will be wierd. It will take away the feeling of having a flaming helmet if everybody who has played 5 invasion games has one. Everyone will end up with it and will take away the point surely. I know they just want to show there appreciation for the fans and from that viewpoint I understand why they would.

People that have a regular flaming helmet now don't always wear it. I know I always don't. They use other armor effects.

Blue flame helmet?

Oh don't you mean the Eternal Armor Effect. For iPhone/iPad/iPod user, yes. For user who's going to participate the bungie's weekfestival, I'm not so sure.

All I know is that during that week, everyone will be able to use the Eternal armor effect and the bungie nameplate.

Yeah I have an iPhone 3GS and I got the Blue Flames and Bungie Nameplate I also got the All-Star Nameplate.

Yes, the new "Eternal" armor effect and the Bungie logo/All-Star nameplate symbols will be there forever. I would think the last thing Bungie has on their mind is to piss alot of Halo fans off. And I'll be leading the mob! ;)

"As fire fell from the sky and the Earth shook to its core, from the ashes arose a Pretty Horsey."

flaming helmets are so much easier to snipe. im glad this is happening cause everyone will use it and get their heads shot off.
