Well, here's some things you could do better:
- The logo for Halo 4 is available out there, I'm not sure why you decided to go with the original Halo font.
- Everything on the cover is incredibly blurry, including Master Chief and the ESRB rating.
- Microsoft has since changed the Xbox 360 logo on the top of their games- you should probably go with that instead.
- The 343i and Microsoft Studios logos are missing from the front cover. It's important to give credit where credit is due.
- Composition of the image is unappealing. I would suggest using some "tricks" to grab the viewer's attention to the image, such as the use of complementary colors, the rule of thirds, and greater use of lighting that focus on the subject. See how there is only one real color to the cover? You're going to want to change that. Make it much more vibrant, and make it so more colors pop out the viewer.
A game's cover can just as equally affect a consumer's opinion of the product as a trailer could. So it's incredibly important to be able to sum up key moments or the tone of the game just from the cover art. People are incredibly judgmental, believe me. They say "don't judge a book by it's cover", but chances are that's what the consumer is going to do.
