halo 3 is the best game ever made

Bungie created all Halos except Halo Wars.Which was the least favorite one.So what tells you that Halo 4 isn't a RTS or a RPG?If they put armour abilities in Halo Annivisery or Halo 4 its already a bad game.Master Chief never needed armour lock to survive a wraith shot,he just simply used a bubble shield or took a couple of steps to the side.So I hope Bungie keeps a close eye on whoever is making this so they don't screw it up.

Uh. CEA is running on the same goddamn ENGINE as the original. It's only the graphics layer. THEY HAVEN'T TOUCHED THE GAMEPLAY

Halo 4 will obviously be an FPS. Why would they be using Reach's basecode for an RTS or an RPG?

Halo Wars was not made by 343 and it was by ensemble. It was a streamlined RTS thats why it isn't good.

Find proof before you make assuptions. Have faith in 343 before you break something. Just wait. Just you wait.

Which only tells us you don't like RTS games.

So what tells you that Halo 4 isn't a RTS or a RPG?

343i already stated it would be an shooter. Furthermore: naming it Halo 4 but being a completely different genre would make absolutely no sense at all.

If they put armour abilities in Halo Annivisery or Halo 4 its already a bad game.

Just your opinion, not a fact. For all we know the game could have AA's, but executed better than in Reach and there would be no problem. Besides: HCEA is confirmed to not have AA's in its campaign.

Master Chief never needed armour lock to survive a wraith shot,he just simply used a bubble shield or took a couple of steps to the side.

Because we all know a Bubble Shield is not nearly as lame as AL. Listen up: I don't like AL either, but your reasoning just doesn't make sense at all. Besides: Chief used a form of AL to land on Earth at the start of H3. And didn't even need Equipment before H3...

So I hope Bungie keeps a close eye on whoever is making this so they don't screw it up.

Not a chance.
Besides: you should have more faith in 343i and stop being so conservative when it comes down to Halo.
Most of your complains and fears all boil down to you not liking changes. So you are now hoping for H4 to be like H3. Newsflash sir: it won't be. It will inevitably do things differently from the older games. New setting, probably new enemies/weapons, new trilogy means the time is ripe for 343i to put THEIR mark on the Halo series and they probably will.

This game will only dissapoint you (and a lot of others here) because you hope and expect it to be something it will most likely not be.

OP has moron logic. His logic:

If it isn't made by Bungie, than it won't be as good because no other game developer could ever possibly rise to the challenge.

Sadly alot of people seem to share that logic. We can't judge 343 before they have atleast released Halo 4.
I wouldn't be suprised if after CEA's release they start whining how much the gameplay in CEA sucks and that 343 ruined it... >_<

Final Fantasy XIII for the win? Yes.

You cant complain until Halo 4 comes out. Thats the first Halo game that they actually have to make (all Halo Anniversery's getting is a graphics and multiplayer update... thank you) but when that comes out you can critisize them all you want. Give 'em a chance.
