Well. The word of Halo 2 PC has just come out. This is a revelation for some and yet another letdown for others. Let me give you my story. I bought Halo PC for Mac. I thought the game was great and played it almost every day. I had it for about 2 years (ish). Just 2 weeks ago I bought an Xbox from EB Games with money I had saved for about 3 months. I scraped together some more cash and bought my little bro a controller for his birthday. I found out that the controller I got from EB Games didn't work too well but I was fresh out of cash. Then, two weeks later, after getting the maptacular maps, making the MLG Gametypes, practicing the MLG Gametypes in 1v1s, learning how to get around the maps faster than a sniper round, Bungie says they will release Halo 2 for PC 'Vista' the new M$ operating system. Not only does 'Vista' cost an extra $200-$500, almost everybody uses XP anyway. ALMOST everybody. Except for us, the elite: the Mac-users of the Halo-world. WHAT ABOUT A -blam!- MAC PORT?!! OMG! After [insert my story here] all this!! OMFG!

Sorry for ranting. Plz voice your opinions people.

other: not too worried about it ne more. Have halo pc and like it a lot cause it is just general fun and the random people i play with have been polite. unlike H2 on xbl, but i go on xbconnect to play with polite people. don't care too much about how this matchmaking is gonna workout.

yea seriously cut that "1337 haxx0rz" -blam!- out. It gets old really fast. No one is going to answer your question truthfully, if they cant even take you seriously. I suggest you remake this poll using words that dont have numbers.

...Who the hell thought that up?!...

Leet: From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
you will see there that leet is nearly as old as the internet, and may even be older than you are. His use of leet is as a joke, and if you have studied into computer topics and internet history, you might "get" the joke and find it mildly humorous. I find "1337" hilarious in certain contexts. I can read leet just as well as i can read other text. just look at it phonetically.

Sorry Heero, but, numbers are not phonetic. They just aren't.

Oh, and, "ditto" to what everyone else said so far about elite speak. It's childish, ineffective, inefficient, and Not-So-Much-The-Dumbest-Thing-Ever-But-Just-Generally-Unintel lectual.

when you have handwriting like mine... numbers and letters become one, and there is a peaceful harmony.... whatever.

basically my 2 and z look alike when i write, and lots of other stuff, so im just used to seeing things that way. i can read leet as if it were normal. when i say phonetically, i mean that once you get from |-|4><><0r2 to haxxorz, you read it phonetically and think hacksors. which resembles hacker a bit. I always was good at those association things :S

aaaaaaaanyway. when i said phonetically i did not mean like h4xx0rz="hforxzerorz"

and regardless of what you say... it is funny :)

and to further my point.... n0d3z... i never even noticed your name was leet... lol
