The .net passport that my b.net name is associated with is my dad's. Is there anyway to switch my b.net name to a different .net passport?
You'd have to delete this profile first, then make a new one with a new passport (I presume you'd be able to get the same name).
How do you delete your profile?
If I knew I'd tell you.
Anyone else have any ideas?
find out what davester88 new name is and ask him he has to have around 100 .net acounts now

Yes, but it applies to many people around here.
Now, back to helping me...
Yo Halo53, I'm real happy for you and I'ma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best bungie.net profiles of all time. OF ALL TIME!
You dont need to delete anything. Just make a new .net passport and reregister. just dont use this one.
But then I'd have to get rid of the b.net name I have now. I already have another passport though.
Please help.
that was a bump so this will, most likely, be locked[Edited on 8/31/2004 6:38:23 PM]
Yes, I know it was, but I just want a mod to see this so they can answer.
Some guy made this for me.
I don't think that there's anyway to switch your name without making a new account. Your name is directly associated with your .net passport, so you'd have to get another passport.[Edited on 8/31/2004 6:40:08 PM]
What I mean is carry my b.net name over to a new .net passport.
Oh, well, no two names can be alike, so you'd have to have some variation between names. They can't be the same name. In other words, you'd need a different name.[Edited on 8/31/2004 6:43:39 PM]
So I can't associate it with the new one and un-associate it with the old one?
No, it just has to be different from the one you have now, like The Dirty Hobbit, that might work.

You'll need to create a new account and use your new passport.
K, thanks Shiska. I'll make a new one now.
Behold, my new account!
