Subject: PoA's Engine Room in The Maw

The one thing that kinda bugs me in CE is the last level, specificly the engine room. It was actually quite funny to see it in an almost unharmed condition, while the rest of the ship was basicly a chard mess!

A sugguestion for Anniversary would be to have the room have more damage, at the very least a few broken consoles and beams.

What else to you think needs changing ascetically to give the game a better feel?

Self-proclaimed genius.
Roam the streets with a sign, "will love for false hope."

The thing is the ship crashed front first. It's actually quite logical that the rear end of the ship would show very little fire or structural damage. Especially since the Engine Room wasn't exactly exposed to the outside parts of the ship that would have been subject to certain elements like re-entry burn or hostile fire.

"If I can see their eyes, they're already respawning."

you have the right idea OP, but instead of damage from the crash, try damage from misrepair or age, know what I'm saying?

This.

You'll notice that the rooms and corridors leading up to the engine room aren't damaged either.

Damage within an extremely large object that was fired upon or that crashed usually isn't homogeneous, either.
