Subject: Possible signs of the Librarian?

I... you know... play Halo n stuff...

We learn about the forerunner known as the Librarian in the terminals describing the forerunner-flood war.
The Librarian tells Didact that she is going to spend the rest of her life on, or at, the african mountain kilimanjaro.
The chief drops down into the jungle near this mountain, and the mountain can be seen several times through the level (Sierra 117)
I have not found anything but I wondered if it would be possible that bungie maybe placed the body, or any signs of her, somewhere in this level in the jungle.
The level does ofcourse not take place on the mountain, but I read on Halo Nation that the pipelines seen in the level comes from the mountain. bringing clean and fresh water to big parts of Africa.
Now this is what I thought:
The water from the mountain comes from the ice and snow on it's top. It is possible that when she died she might have been frozen down, and then later, when the ice melted, have been carried down by the pipelines. These pipelines are also seen on Tsavo Highway, where you find the skull, so there might be something there?
A less likely theory I have is that the first skulls follows the water from the mountain. The blind skull is at the water, the next on sierra 117 is at the pump station. Also on crows nest the first is on some pipes while the next is IN a pipe. Then in tsavo highway, as I said before, the skull is at some of the same pipes.
What are your thoughts

Edit:
I checked up on the skulls.
All the first skulls, gold and silver, are found either at the river, at the pumpingstation or on the pipeline.
Also there's an achievement named "kilimanjaro" in Halo CE. You get the achievement in multiplayer though, so I don't see any connection.

Spartan II-151
Look, just talk to me. I'm sure we'll get along.

I thought of that, but the skulls appear in halo 2 too, so I don't think so. Also I don't think that the skull of a forerunner and a human is identical, even though there must be some similarities.

By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

You realise organic matter is subject to decay, right? 100,000 years is enough for her remains to have been buried and disintegrated.

To put it simply - you're preaching to the choir. The Librarian accepted her death, even if she got frozen in ice the Halo array would still wipe out her nervous system and kill her.

I don't expect to find a body. Maybe a piece of armor. Any sign.
I just thought that since the pipelines are shown through the first three levels they must serve some purpose.
Then all the information about the mountain, the pipelines etc. made me think that bungie, somehow ,wanted to use it.
They might not.
