One thing though. People are buying multiple bags to take what they WANT then to RESELL it at a high price . People wouldn't have a problem if it was just resale, and nothing was taken out of the bag. What ticks people off is that sellers lie about the product being new and unopened, and the buyers have no way prove it was a used product. So basically, if you buy this product from anyone but Bungie, you have around a 95+% chance of being ripped off and lied to.[/quote]
Sound point. I hadnt thought about that. people are buying second hand swag bags.
you're right. you're right.
This will undoubtedly happen. It would be best to avoid such purchases.
your a fool in general if you get ripped off on ebay. be a smart buyer, and heck be a smart seller. lets just say *wink wink* that im selling swag bags. i atleast would state in the description, "opened to show/count the amount of items present. you get item 1,2,3.... then you would state you reason for the price point you set."
the pricepoint in my case would be $50 (the average cost of 1 swag bag) + (any rare items or items worth more than $30, current selling point * 33%[resale value]). so a $50 bag with a rare item, for example (also seen in previous swag bag pics), a limited halo 3 comicon mastercheif active camo action figure (currently priced at $200) would all sell for $126+shipping.

Well what you would do isn't what the current ebay sellers are doing. They aren't taking any other picture than the bag's outside.

I was stating what a smart seller should do in order to achieve safe/successful profit. otherwise some people are just desperate degenerates that are in super need for some t-shirts, and poster/stickers, etc that in the end don't look at the sellers account rating.
Some sellers create a new account to sell these sort of stuff, seen it and I don't trust them. Also sellers are taking the good stuff out of the bags then bidding the bag off saying it's brand new. This makes way more profit because they sell practically an empty bag for around $150 then they can sell all the good stuff by itself and make several hundred more dollars. This works because there's always some fool out there who doesn't think straight and gets themself ripped off. The way you said was how to make an honest profit, and that requires honest people which we have a shortage of.
And the thing is people want the bags new and when the sellers take pictures of the bag you know they could've opened it. Plus people like the whole idea of not knowing what you are going to get, buying your way defeats the purpose.
