I'm actually not too pissed. I can emphasize with someone who is very short-handed with employees and has a ton of work to do. I used to work for UPS packing trucks for delivery, and we were always short-handed and had to work extremely fast.
I'm going on vacation in 5 days, and I wont be back until around August 15 or 16. We're going to hold our mail with the post office. The day I get back I'm going to go pick up all our mail and if my packages aren't there by then, then I'll contact the store.
I've learned from experience that being pissed off and showing it, never helps your situation. It's okay to be a little mad or disappointed, but yelling at whoever is at fault will probably make matters worse for you. Just be calm and patient.
For example, one time at the airport, the airline lost about half of the people's luggage on the plane. Needless to say, the passengers were pissed and gave hell to the Baggage Claims lady. They were all yelling at her and everything. When it was my turn to report my lost luggage, I told her, "Sorry you have to put up with this, I know it's not your fault that this happened; people can be unruly sometimes." She looked surprised and told me, "Sir, when we deliver your luggage tomorrow, you will be the first one to receive your luggage."
So if you guys must email Bungie, don't yell at them and scold them, simply ask nicely whatever it is you want to ask. After all, there are probably no more than a few people servicing the Bungie store, and all of them have other jobs to do as well. They are very short-handed and extremely unequipped to handle thousands of orders, so it very well may take a while. But they will do whatever they can to satisfy you so long as you talk nicely.

I'm sure Komark is even more pissed about his orders.
