Roll with the hits, not under them.
No, you can't have it. But thanks for asking!

What can I do about it?
Given that you're, forgive me if I'm wrong, a minor, your bid can be cancelled by your parent. They can file for a bid retraction, state that their child hijacked the account, placed unauthorized bids, etc etc.
If you've already won the item, there's not a dang thing you can do about it if it has already arrived. If the seller had a return policy, you could return it, but they could easily say you took something out, and refuse to accept the return. Honestly, you're the one on the wrong side of this... it is the bidder's responsibility to fully read the terms of sale, and to ask any questions before placing a bid. If the sale was from an out of state buyer, there is literally not a darn thing you can do to recover your money without ebay being on your side... which, in this case, they won't be.
Hey, just look at it like this... this is why auctions are buyer beware. Better to find it out with a small and truthfully nonessential item like a swag bag than with a big one like a automobile. Life is all about learning through your mistakes, shaking the dust off, laughing at yourself, and moving the heck on.
