Not sure what this is but there is a link in the source code of the site that leads to an xhtml development site.

http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml/

And another link that downloads a file type .dtd

http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd

Any ideas???

It's nothing of importance. Just source code for a website.

Standard practice as a web developer to include the w3 site for reference. It's in all of our ASP.NET webpages at work in the header. Not of real importance to AeroSpace.
