Subject: Concerning question about the Burn Blue shirts

I started up the heated debate on whether the SPARTAN-II in the cryo tube near the end of Reach is really Linda.
I created the Moa XING avatar pic.
Also I earned the All Star nameplate with this submission to Week 14 All Stars http://www.bungie.net/images/News/Inline11/bwu_0415/art/likea boss.jpg

Overtime, every shirt that I have gets lighter from being washed. Even though my BUNGLE shirt is white, the colors are fading.
What kind of detergent should I use to make this shirt's color last?

I'd recommend asking The Flood, because I'm 70% sure nobody here has any idea on what a good detergent would be.
What makes you think The Flood knows how to do laundry?

everybody listen to mac2po he is 100% right

Any detergent works. Just do it alone and on a gentle cycle setting.

I use Gain detergent for mine and it doesn't seem to fade.

The point is that The Flood couldn't care less but they will offer an opinion anyways.

I'll have the roast duck . . . with the mango salsa.

I'm sure the tag on the shirt has washing instructions. Try cold water, nothing with bleach/Sodium Hypochlorite, and never too long.

I have had a white DMUKYA shirt since '02 and it looks fine, except for a few small holes.

Thank god they came out with a new one.

EDIT: The whole Flood/Laundry thing is damn funny.

QFT.

You will be ridiculed for a few posts then be given an answer that is vague or will not work.

Since organized communities are usually more enjoyable, you should take your time to read the forum rules to save yourself some trouble and help keep the forums clean :-)

Not sure about detergent and whatnot, but I do know that you can save the image prints on the shirt by washing it inside out. This has saved a lot of concert shirts for me.

And if you ask the Flood to do laundry, prepare for an answer that involves rice pudding, pet supplies, and any combination of body butter and shimmering lotion.

Not that I would know >.>
