In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I am glad Bungie moved on.

It will be exciting to see something new.

READ IT.

I won the Star. With this on Week 18.

Microsoft would ask them to become their pawns again if they wanted to make more Halo...

OP - You're a dumbass with the reading comprehension skills of a second grader.

Can someone tell me what's wrong with these two, this made me LOL hard.

Halo wasn't really Bungie's. It was more of Microsoft's.

Didn't they have a contract with Microsoft or something though?

Microsoft owned them and still owns the Halo IP. Bungie is its own company now, and is moving on to bigger and better things.

343i is largely composed of ex-bungie employees. I don't see why people are throwing a fit over it being switched anyways, seeing as how Bungie has gone through employees during the creation of the past games anyways, the big difference here is a change in the name of the company that produces them.

It's great they're doing their own thing now, new is never a bad thing. And I think people are too quick to hop onto the anti-343i bandwagon seeing as how we haven't really seen anything on Halo 4.

Largely composed is a serious exaggeration. That being said, 2 or three seems kinda low too.

Frankie and an artist whose name I forget are the only known Bungie d00dz at 343, but rumors say Shishka's over there too. Achronos said you could count them "on one hand", so even if there are more than three, there are still less than six.

Starting fresh is the best thing to do. New ideas and what not. Bungie did the right thing.
