Hoorah!

Well, this doesn't adhere to Halo, but more-so to Bungie. That is why I placed it here, if I have misplaced this thread I ask to please move it, thank you.
Well, it's been a good ten years. I remember sitting at home 7-going-on-8 years old, playing Halo: CE with my brother back in 2001. As we sat and enjoyed the encapsulating melodious tunes, and captivating story line, I became hooked. After playing it for a week on co-op we finished! Happy staring into that deep space as MC is escaping the first ring-world I stared in awe, mouth open, drool-drooling out. I wanted more. Three years later, 2004. Halo 2 has just been released. I put at least one year of collective hours into it, I remember playing, and then everyone getting rank reset because of cheaters, etc. I played not for rank, but community. Then I once again beat it. I Became savagely hungry for way more.
I then found b-net in late 2005, I lurked, watched and read until my eyes bled. I was stolen away by a mysterious world, one full of action, and deep emotion. 2007 rolls by, I wait in line at night and get my copy of Halo 3. I was so excited I finished that night, and then beat it again on legendary the next morning. I enjoyed it thoroughly. 2010, the last REAL Halo game, officially made by Bungie themselves. I buy Halo Reach. And here I am now. Still in love with the amazing story of Halo.
If you're a 10 year Bungie Veteran, then post here. What do you guys think about the next big hit? Bungie Aerospace sounds like it might be revolutionary!
Thank you Bungie for 10-years of alien-ass-kicking-awesomeness!
TL;DR-Thank you Bungie! A deep sincere thank you from a fan that started back in 2001. I can't wait for your next big hit!
Also it is way late at night here in Florida, so please excuse any grammatical, or spelling errors.

Sadly, I have played neither Halo CE nor Halo 2, which is unfortunate, because I heard those were the best in the franchise, hence I can't wait to get my hands on Anniversary to live the original, authentic experience that started it all, hope 343i can sustain the original ambiance and great atmosphere and feel that everyone loved in the first Halo. <3

Yes, there're too many numbers in my name.

Whoa, that post was deep. I felt the same way you did when I played Halo 2 back in 2005. I was 8 years old, then.

At that time I didn't even have Xbox LIVE, so I just played nonstop through the campaign over and over and over again. Completing it on Legendary was part of my daily routine.

Now if I can keep myself interested in this game for six straight years without even having other people to play with, It must be the greatest game I've ever played. And it is.

Good morning from Florida.
I'm glad to read that other people have had a similar experience with Bungie/Halo as I have. I can't wait for their next endeavor, and I support them all the way. Maybe one day I will work at my favorite video game developer. I wonder what "Bungie Aerospace" is going to be. I mean just the title hints that it will be revolutionary! Bungie day is going to be an amazing day for all Bungie fans.
