Your email they send the message to might not be the one you sign in with. There's an option to have all B.net emails sent to a separate email like I have it set up to do.
My sign in email is a junk one I use to register for things, and the email I get stuff on is one I actually check.
Go to the Profile and Profile Info tab and make sure the email you are checking is the one in the top box.
