I have M2, and had a lot of fun playing it. So now I wanted to play the original Marathon, so I sat through the incredibly long download of M1A1 on my dialup modem, only to find that I cannot get it to work, and I haven't really found any guide to installing it on the Mac.

You don't have to have a Mac to make use of the mac action sack, you can copy the data off it to the PC.

However, marathon 1 does is not compatible with Aleph One, so you will need an emulator if you want to play marathon on the PC (if M1A1 is not an option.) Marathon 2 and infinity will work fine off the sack on the PC (getting the data off it is a bit tricky).

What's the problem you are having Texas? Are you trying to get the data off the CD onto a windows box? Let me know what you have tried and I'll see if I can help.
