From what I have seen, Hemorage can not and should not be called a blood gulch remake. It's Coagulation with blood gulch bases. Therefore, Hemorage is a Coagulation remake. Also, the differences in lighting and color affect not only things such as mood, but also your ability to identify enemies of certain colors. Plus, Blood gulch had Scorpions. I bet my blue flames that you couldn't find one playlist with a Scorpion on Hemorage. Finally, Blood Gulch is THE map we think of when we think "CTF in Halo", and it inspired both Coagulation and Hemorage, two maps that we also think of when we think CTF. Therefore, we say it's popular, and we have proof. Ergo, If 343 industries does not include Blood Gulch in Halo:CEA, then they will have lied about including the "seven most popular maps", which means that every one who buys Anniversary can sue for false advertising. Checkmate.
The original playlists actually had Scorpions. The only reason they were taken out was because of "balance".
The reason they were taken out is because the tanks are bullcrap strong in Reach... Practically the only way to kill them is by boarding them or by using explosives. In Halo CE you could kill a tank with a pistol, and it actually took some skill to aim the tank.
Hemmorhage is too big, it was actually possible to run around with a close range weapon on blood gulch and get kills, though it wasn't ideal. If you go out on hemmorhage with anything besides a dmr or a needle rifle, you may as well kill yourself. But it has already been made, so I think it would be stupid to put another remake in even though its not the same. Personally I dont particularly like the way it looks either, I like the oranges and browns of blood gulch.
