can anyone confirm?

"Wake me...when you need me."

No confirmation. Bungie plays things close to the chest. Still, my guess is that we will have at least the first teaser trailer.

PEANUT-BUTTER SLAP!

It was one of their seven reasons to celebrate.

Yep. They will explain it in full detail on July 7th. Aerospace=/=New IP

Bungie doesn't give details really until they are quite ready.

You know you play Halo too much when you hock a lugie in you girlfriends face and scream "BOOM HEADSHOT!" ;)

Speaking of Aerospace, check out the URL.
It shows a coming soon message with a link to Bungie.net
It also contains a Latin phrase meaning:

By daring to the stars

Which to me goes hand in hand with the line Urk has recently coined:

See you Starside

I don't think it's a coincidence. There's gotta be a reason.

Reminds me of Half Life.

Quod Erat Demonstrandum.

If you're interested in Halo's music, check this out.

Speaking of chuckles, let's all lol at IonicPaul, who makes friends with bugs to make up for his lack of human contact.

Not particularly; Firstly, urk didn't coin that line. "See you starside" is something that the BoBs in Marathon would say before teleporting out. Secondly, while it's not unreasonable to assume that urk was referencing the reveal of Aerospace, it's also not unreasonable to assume (as I do) that he was simply ending the post with a friendly reference to Bungie's older games.

Isn't "See you Starside" at the very end of Halo Reach?
