Ok I have a few questions that I would like answered.

What are ALL of the ranks of bungie.net?

What are ALL of the priviledges of ALL of the ranks of bungie.net?

I would like these questions answered as soon as possible because I am making a group that is a tribute to bungie and I want all of the same ranks and priviledges. Thank you.

Please do not move this to Underground because no one is posting there. Thanks.

Also by ranks i'm talking about

member
forum ninja etc. what are ALL of them. please help me.

What's wrong with asking a simple question? I asked a question similar to this one back in the day. Anyways, Recon gave a precise answer to the question.

That refers to an HFCS role for Main forum Forum Ninjas and Master Moderators.

I hate everything, but it's not my fault.

The only other rank I know of is Bungie.Net Superuser, which to my knowledge is held only by sawnose and weresnail. sawnose did work with Gearbox on Halo PC, and I believe that weresnail is Doug Boyce. Superusers have the same powers as Sketch, because they also have gold text.
I'm not sure what powers Superusers have, although if I remember correctly they have the same powers as Master Forum Ninja, except they can also delete chapters, post images (I guess, since sawnose did it), and probably something else that I don't know about.

So Recon Number 54 thank you for the information but what are the priviledges. Like what can they do. Cuz I want the group to be the same. I'm not sure what priviedges to give each person.

They're not ranks.

They're security roles.

Since valued members (equal to Theme Master) is a member with a custom avatar, and groups don't support that, even that role wouldn't work in a group.

Actually, i think i'd have to respectfully disagree there. A security role like that can work. It psychologically rewards the user even if they don't receive more power or cool avatar etc.

Thank you for the information Recon. I think this thread should be locked now because it has kind of lost its point now. If anyone wants to see the group that is based on bungie.net then check the classifieds for my post on the seventh column or join the group in my sig called the seventh column. Thanks for the info recon.

I wouldn't say these are ranks, because most of them seem to be totally made up. Take 'community guy', only one person has that title.

"I have no words that would do justice to the atrocities you commit to the English language, as well as your continued assaults on the concepts of basic literacy and logical reasoning."

Be aware that you're talking about three different things. First, there is your group security role. In the main "public forums" (called the "site" level, group id 1), there exists "anonymous", "member", "forum ninja", "master forum ninja", "banhammer", and "bungie staff". Banhammer is a master forum ninja who can also ban people from Halo 2 matchmaking (Ninja 0n Fire had this for a while). "Bungie Staff" is the name of the full control role. You know what the others are.

The other thing involved here are what are called "Special Titles". When a special title is assigned to a user, that user's security role name is replaced in all their forum posts with the special title. So, for example, even though I have Bungie Staff privs, my account is flagged with a special label of "Bungie.net Overlord". This overrides my user role label in every group. There are lots of labels.

Thirdly, there is something called a "superuser". This is a setting on an account which flags a user as having total control over anything. They can see in any group, do anything to it, whatever they want. They automatically pass any security checks. They get no special label automatically (the few that do have this power usually have a special label assigned), and all of them have gold text in the forums (in addition to the Bungie Staff users).

Replicating this in a group would be hard, because you guys can't make "special titles", you have to make do with the security role names. Since you only have a limited amount of those, you probably can't get every special title.
