Just call me Whitcher

Onion Invasion was on the spot randomness that I entered when I first got xbox live. I have changed my GT once.

If I go of topic, It's known as Whitchering

Is there any new news on the bungie beta testers front? I mean it's a bit peculiar how everyone was hyped up over the survey just to be left in the dark. What's even more wierd is how no-one seems to care O.o

Do NOT send me Recruitment Letters, doing so will get you blocked faster than you can say "Huh?"

Well seeing as Bungie hasn't even announced the new game yet I doubt we will see anything for awhile. They probably hyped the survey when they did to get a ton of people to fill it out while they were here for Reach info.

Now, in the quantum moment before the closure, when all become one. One moment left. One point of space and time.

I know who you are.

You are Destiny.

Well when it first came out no one really knew what they were going to be signing up for. Many speculated they will receive invitations to the alpha/beta of Bungie's next IP; and since it was only a survey (which everyone answered), it's not as a big deal now until Bungie announces their next IP.

Hello! I'm Bunie.net's resident medical student (hell i'm sure there are more but I'm the only one who openly declares it!) I love my emblem, and I am periodically active.
I have a Twitter

At the moment it's just a survey, probably ATM a way to gauge what is popular at the moment.

Well, anyone brought in for playtesting in person would have signed a non-disclosure agreement, so you damn well shouldn't have heard anything. :)

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I had to sign those for MGS playtesting. It sucks. I was like "Dude I played- err... This game there. It was cool. I can't tell you about it. :("

I am curious as to how liable a non-employee, play-tester would be if they violated a non-disclosure agreement concerning a video game.

It seems like it would be VERY hard to prove that leaked information would cause any financial losses for Bungie, and the tester certainly wouldn't be able to provide any "trade secrets".

Foman?

Well if they did it word of mouth it would be nearly impossible but if they were dumb enough to put it on their facebooks, emails, twitters, and other traceable sources they would get in trouble.

Well I don't think you'd need to prove anything since an NDA would pretty much clarify that legal action could and would be taken if anything was leaked by a tester. It might be hard to prove the direct source if the tester was clever about it, but I'm sure evidence could be found.

Super sued. You'll have to take a beating from Jerome and Stosh's cat. In addition, you'll be first in line for the slingshot.

It is a legally binding contract. You could get sued for it and you'd probably lose.

Non-disclosure agreements, from what I have seen, do not have a great record in the court room.
