First things first:

What comes to mind when you think of Aerospace and when you see the Aerospace logo?

Personally, I am reminded of the OLD APERTURE SCIENCE from PORTAL 2.

If you think about it, both logos have relatively the same feel of "Smooth" and "Old".

So my speculation is, what if Bungie and Activision have teamed up with VALVE to create Half Life 3? (This would also explain the major wait since Half-Life 2: Episode 2)

The first time I ever saw Aerospace, I was instantly reminded of the Lambda from the Half Life series, as well as the mysterious BOREALIS ship with ties together the PORTAL and HALF-LIFE series.

So what are your thoughts on this?

Can't hurt to try.

But what IF?

Then we'd have a terrible game on our hands. Bungie and Valve should never mix simply because they have two completely different developing styles. There's a reason I have a hard time deciding which game franchise is better out of the two, because there's too many different things between the two.
It wouldn't be the end of the world if it were true, but generally I'm glad this is a farfetched idea.

In your opinion....

I feel the opposite, and I don't usually chose a "favorite game franchise" because realistically, it's all about the stories the game tell for me, so I just like ALL the games I own.

Namingly, Half-Life and Halo

I feel that if the creative minds of the companies merge and join forces, they can create a truely compelling story.
