I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

Because we made 'em and stuffed 'em.

It's legit. <3's

How do you know exactly?

  • 06.30.2011 12:03 PM PDT

Bungie would tweet it or something if it was legit.

When he was younger, he was the one who always had the jokes and riddles that would keep the spirits of the Spartans high. Over the years however, his lifetime of combat had hardened him, as it had all of the Spartans. Within Will, John thought, something special had been lost.

I don't Bungie would screw everyone over like that. They would make some noise about it, and update the Bungie Store, I don't believe its real.

  • 06.30.2011 12:04 PM PDT

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Okay, it is real.

So, why would Bungie use a sketchy name and seller to sell the bags?

GO BUNGIE!

I believe (hope) so. I just ordered mine, and it states it is shipping from the Bungie Store.

I can't belive I'm saying this to a ninja but...

It's a SCAM. Only buy Bungie products from Bungie themselfs. If bungie were letting someone else sell them, Urk or Bungietweets would of said.

You tell em Wolf!

Halcylon works at Bungie. They're gone. This is awesome.

EDIT: I sniped a canceled order. I feel so good and so bad at the same time. I'm sorry to whoever is the poor sap that canceled his order because he thought it was fake. I was hesitant and that's why I didn't buy one right away.

Okay, it is real.

So, why would Bungie use a sketchy name and seller to sell the bags?

Maybe Bungie's account had too much activity and they couldn't re-stock it?

"When I eat pretzels I imagine myself as a giant eating tree trunks."

This for sure isn't official, but it's most likely some guy who bought some bags from the last batch and is selling them back for 2$ extra to make a small profit.

They use a different company to help them sell their bags since everyone freaked out and DDOS'd their store and Amazon.

It's easier to use another location instead of waiting for people to stop pressing F5.

So they didn't update Bungie store and not tell anyone.

I called Gorilla Screen Printing place, and they said they only print for Bungie. The guy even said that they would not sell them. So don't buy that one, or cancel your orders.

This. Not to mention nothing in the Bungie store updated. This is fake, no doubt.

  • 06.30.2011 12:07 PM PDT

I canceled mine. I was afraid of receiving an empty bag, and bungie didn't say anything about its legitimacy.

I agree, a tweet is needed. Please take a few seconds to update us as to the legitimacy of the other seller, the bags, and Amazon's status.

If the other seller is a scammer, cancelling orders sooner rather than later would be preferable.
