I'm pretty sure that even though you didn't receive a confirmation E-mail, your order will still have been placed. When I didn't receive one I contacted Amazon and they confirmed that my order had gone through.

It says 'Ready to be Shipped' on my account page; But no e-mail yet.

The lack of email worries me.

I just called amazon the order went through its just sometimes the email doesnt. Call them if your nervous about it. GOOD LUCK!
