EDIT: Since this popped back up on the front page.
It seems that everyone who is calling amazon is getting a positive answer. I have yet to hear of any complications so I am concluding that as long as the Bag of Swag is in your orders on amazon, you're good to go!! No need to worry.
Another user did this and it yielded positive results, I did this too and I'm just waiting for a reply.
Bungie Store has a contact email: bngcs@bungiestore.com
Go to Amazon > Your Account > View Open Orders and retrieve your Order number.
Simply email them and ask if everything is good to go! This will certainly ease your worries about not getting a confirmation. (include order number)
I believe that you don't get a confirmation email when ordering through amazon, only through Bungie Store. I believe this because I recently ordered stuff through both outlets and only got confirmation emails on the ones through the Bungie Store.
My guess is that you'll get an email back tomorrow evening, I'm sure their inbox will be swamped with messages.
