Subject: Would you open the imited edition of Myth?

Everytime someone sacks my groceries, I think of Loaf.

But really....why would you just leave it in "mint" AKA "dust"? No Bungie fan would sell such a treasure. No, they would come here and gloat their ass off! >:D~

By sharp and flame; a friend of a friend.

Never. I'm a collector, especially so with Bungie Memorabilia.

Ach! Was ist los?

Absolutely I'd open it. I wouldn't try to get a copy just to re-sell it or hide it in a closet. I'd open it up and check out all of the different items inside.

My sentiments to the letter.

Yes, there're too many numbers in my name.

I don't use Windows '98, so no.

It comes with a t-shirt and a CD, and I don't have either of those, so I would open mine.

Edit: I'll just quote it.
Myth : The Fallen Lords box set (classy wooden box includes Myth soundtrack, Bungie holiday cards, t-shirt and Myth : The Fallen Lords for Windows 95, signed by Jason Jones)

I would love to get some pics though.

You can run Myth: TFL and Myth II with the latest patches on Windows 95 and up I believe.

I run both on Windows 7.

lolwut

Minty freshness is the way to go for me. I mean, I'm not a collector, but its too rare, AND I could care less about playing it. Funny thing though, I wouldn't sell it either. Sad really...

I still haven't exposed my Halo: Reach statue to the air, but I'd still protect that thing with my life.

"That's about all that can be said for plots, which anyway are just one thing after another, a what and a what and a what.

Now try how and why."

Against my better judgment, I opened the box last night and pulled out a random item and read about the life of a man not yet born, who would code gnop owt! and visit horrors on the world without equal in history or myth. I believed every word. I have resolved to destroy the thing before allowing it to become an instrument of the Dark.

I'd totally open it. And I wouldn't sell it either. I'd open it once, make a backup, then seal it back up and wouldn't open it again unless I needed to. If I get a game, I'm playing it.

For Narnia!

Doesn't the Limited Edition have the Hard Drive bug?

  • 07.01.2011 9:34 PM PDT

Keep it mint, sell it in a few years.

  • 07.01.2011 9:35 PM PDT

READ IT.

I won the Star. With this on Week 18.

I would run around in circles, because I have never played Myth...

"DO I PLAY IT? DO I KEEP IT ALL NICE AND MINT?"

I would be going crazy.

That was on Myth II. Not the original.
