Why hasnt amazon or the bungie store sent me a confirmation email. i bought 3 bags as gifts and have yet to get a confirm, but i have been charged money and order says shipping soon, anyone else have this problem? will i get the swag i bought or not? they are gifts, im fine with the play arts kai carter and burn blue shirts, just want my swag to come so i can give out for free.

Same here. No confirmation email. Still "Shipping Soon". Surprised your order didn't get cancelled. It was ONE PER PERSON, you lucky friggin bastard.

well, they put a limit of 1 per customer so maybe that is why.
i managed to order one in the swag frenzy and got my confirmation email almost immediately.

they might have to cancel the other 2 bags before sending you the email, or your order just got scrapped in the mayhem =/

[my order still says shipping soon though with delivery estimate in ~2 weeks]

Another user did this and it yielded positive results, I did this too and I'm just waiting for a reply.

Bungie Store has a contact email: bngcs@bungiestore.com

Go to Amazon > Your Account > View Open Orders and retrieve your Order number.

Simply email them and ask if everything is good to go! This will certainly ease your worries about not getting a confirmation. (include order number)

I believe that you don't get a confirmation email when ordering through amazon, only through Bungie Store. I believe this because I recently ordered stuff through both outlets and only got confirmation emails on the ones through the Bungie Store.

My guess is that you'll get an email back tomorrow evening, I'm sure their inbox will be swamped with messages.

well it hasnt said anything yet, i was charged 118 -blam!-en dollars!!!! and the shipping was 12.75 instead, but when bungie fixed the original they didnt make a product cap till that night. so i should still get my order. its against the policy to change quantity allowance to as many after we buy, it is like not allowing a person to return a defective product they bought and never used. you must allow it, you cant deny them or change it half way.

lol, anyway if yours are still there you're probably safe. I got a "cancellation letter" right after mine mysteriously disappeared. Think I know who to blame now.

It could also be the case that you bought more than one, despite them telling you not to. Your order could be in jeopardy.

WTF? how long did confirmation take to get to you, did you buy from the gorilla one that had that damn 1 per customer limit?

i called amazon and they types me one up and noted that my order needs to be kept and stated reason for selling and even contacted people im giving them to and put that note in too.

oh now the only ad for the bags that was the original says it too, great, rip off community bungie by changing during round 2

i did, no help really, all of them are like well its from a third party seller so conteact bungie store, well bungie hasnt emailed back and im gonna be pissed if they cancel my order, they let me buy 3 therefor its legal and allowed and it is unfair if mine is canceled when other who bought 3 or more were authorized.


Like any thing i should do to get them to tell me if i will get thew swag or not?

Well if you bought the bags from Gorilla there was a disclaimer saying the 1 limit per order thing. I talked to amazon and they told me that everything is fine and that my order will be "shipped soon".

And I can't help you with the 3 bags situation. It's Gorilla's decision on whether to cancel the order or not.

Hawaiian Bunny; since you have been reposting this topics numerous times I am going to try to wrap this up as best as possible.

You do not need to worry about the confirmation. If you go to your orders and see that your order has an invoice then you are good, especially if you have already been billed.

From glancing at your posts it seems you are worried about them taking your extra bags, doubt it. You've been billed, the order it processing. We don't even have sound proof that the 2nd wave after the initial sell-out yesterday was from people that had their excess canceled.

You're fine, relax. There are plenty of people who didn't get confirmation emails, including myself. I'm not worried.
