Well, on your stats page there does seem to be a lot of "un-reliable" games. Not to accuse you of cheating or anything.

If you feel you were wrongly banned, I know of a link to an email address you can speak your case in. Unfortunalty, I do not have that link.

h2cheats@microsoft.com is the email address you would send appeals to if you feel that you've been unfairly banned. It is also the hotline for reporting cheaters, so it may be a while before they even get to your email.

Why do some of the games come in like that? I would never cheat, Im just playing H2 for some fun on the winter vacation, it just seems stupid that if games don't come in correctly, then why should I be accused of cheating?

And Im looking for a number to call, I don't want to wait forever. The vacation is halfway over.

If it is a phone number you require, it is a phone number you recieve.

You must be aware though, Bungie does not ban users from Xbox Live. The Xbox Live team is the one who manages all the cheaters and bannings. If you have unanswered questions about banning, cheating, etc. take a look at the Halo 2 Cheater FAQ.

I guess then the woman was telling me some load of crap, she said bungie is responible for the bannings. Well let me put one more phone call in, and see if I get any results, though I doubt it.

Bungie is responsible for banning from matchmaking. If Bungie bans you, you can still play customs. Banning from live completely, which I believe includes other games, is done by the XboxLive team.

You should appeal against matchmaking bans by sending an e-mail to h2cheats@microsoft.com

It should be re-iterated that, in general, Bungie offers no support directly for its games.
