I know I sound like a newbie, and I should be lending others with their problems, but I got some of my own technical issues to be dealth with. My Halo is working 100% fine undil I downloaded LimeWire. Than the intro video got skippy and froze everytime I loared halo. I uninstalled Limewire and the problem remained. I solved it using -novideo, but now when I run halo with -console plus -novideo, all the servers become laggier than usual. My connection is a T1 so its not it. Can anyone help me circumvent either the extra lag I get using the -novideo or fix my skipping video freeze problem? Thanks.

As I recall, Limewire is touted by swappers mainly because it's 'clean'. Unlike Kazaa which came loaded with spyware, Limewire is supposedly free of anything.

Perhaps you downloaded something malicious? Or the site you downloaded the program from gave you the problem?

You can get Spybot Search and Destroy or Ad-Aware SE to check for adware/spyware. If you don't have a virus scanner, you should get one. AVG is cheaper and generally one of the better programs...
