I work at Microsoft. I have nothing to do with Halo and nothing I say is "the official word".

This is probably is an obvious question, but
After being given a higher rank in one of my groups, I am now allowed to "Unleash Ninjas" on a member.
Exactly what does that do if I click it?
I get the gist of it, but what will it actually do?

"Whatever exists, whatever in creation exists without my knowledge exists without my consent. These anonymous creatures may seem little or nothing in the world. Yet the smallest crumb can devour us. Any smallest thing beneath yon rock out of men's knowing. Only nature can enslave man and only when the existence of each last entity is routed out and made to stand naked before him will he be properly suzerain of the earth."

It's basically the blacklist button.

I'm pretty sure it sends the user in question on a vacation for a week.

These guys definitely have the gist on it. What it does, in full detail, is call the ninjas out on that specific user. If you click it, it will say "ninjas enroute." Why is this? The ninjas are on their way over to that person's location to ban them in their faces. The bruises last for a week, but the scars last forever, is what most say.

Unless you have the power to remove bans in your chapter, or you know somebody who has the power to do so, I suggest you be careful with the link. There's really no warning when you press it. You just get a message that says, "You have successful blacklisted the following user for 7 days: [username]"

And yeah, I just noticed that the blacklisting message actually has a spelling error. That's not a typo on my part.
