Play. Forge. Film.

Ok so I just ordered Halo 2 vista and I have some questions.
1. Can I use the 360 controller with the rechargeable battery pack to play on Halo 2 vista?
2. Can you still play multiplayer ONLINE with friends in Halo 2(vista of course)?

Thanks to all that help.

Halo Reach PC über alles!

1. Yes, as long as you have the adapter that connects your wireless 360 to the PC.
2. With friends, yes (granted they even have H2V.) as for anyone else, the population is roughly 80-40.

You want my honest opinion, reconsider your purchase and buy Halo PC.

Or buy both, and since Halo PC doesn't work perfecty with a 360 Controller, and given that he's likely coming from console's, H2V is fine...provided it actually works for him...

Yeah. That's right. I don't have a 50 in H3. I never got Onyx in Reach. If a game sucks too much, I won't even bother trying for such trivial "accolades". Besides, I've done way more things that take far more skill and talent than anything that can be done in a video game.

My condolences.

Both of your questions are answered in this thread, as well as any other questions you might have about the game. Give it a read.

Welcome to PC buddy, you'll find it to be a more professional and mature having platform, even if you are playing Halo 2 Vista. Like others have posted above me, I would strongly sugest buying Halo Combat Evolved also, it has a superior population as is of a higher quality.

Welcome to PC buddy.

Might I suggest some Steam followed by our delicacy TF2, and our specialty: Halo PC to close with a golden ribbon?

Too skill-based, Beowul7. He's not gonna like those games.

TF2 is hardly one of the more skill based FPS titles out there. TFC forever!

Fare thee well Bungie

Don't forget about Halo Custom Edition! (Halo PC, but you can make maps like Bungie.)
