Hm. I know you want an answer, but saying ANSWER PLEASE isn't really going to help matters much. But at least you aren't double posting.
A few ground rules: Double/Triple posting, where you post two or three times in a row, shifts this webpage (i.e. your "thread") to the top of the forum, pushing other just-as-important threads down to the other pages of the forum. Also, double/triple posting will not get you any replies if the topic is a bad one to begin with. It just gets people annoyed at you. If you must make a change, please kindly use the edit button to modify posts.
Oh, and I saw that you already creat ed a thread with the exact same purpose as this one. This is also unappreciated becasue it adds to the general clutter of the forum and is basically like repeating everything twice in a conversation. It gets annoying.
Make new threads when the need arises, i.e. when your computer screws up, or when you need help on a different matter, or when you want to have some fun. Just make sure the thread is appropriate and sensible.
Remember, if a topic isn't getting a reply, there's a reason why. In this case, it's mainly because you've offered no details or reasons for joining. You could provide things like details about the gametypes to be run, any unique features (such as reduced lag? A decent, tried-and-true 16-player server?) That, and you're going head to head with other more popular forum-wide games such as The Unofficial B.net Server and Maw Gatherings.

Dedicated Servers are basically computers dedicated to running a perpetual game of Halo. Someone else should be able to point you in the right direction. Basically, you take a home computer and set it to perpetually run halo.
